| | Model of the car: | Sentra 5spd. | | | General comments: | I purchased the car for $4500 CDN including a 2 year 40k warranty on the powertrain. It had 129,000km on it then and had no huge problems in over three years operating. Sold it for $1000 in 98, so I haven't had the car for a while, but thought I'd put a review in on it anyway.If I ever need a good commuter car again I will definitely think Sentra. It was a pleasure to drive and so fantastic on gas .... I once got an estimated 54mpg on a long trip. And despite only having 90hp it was quite a quick car!I would reccomend this car to absolutely anyone. It's a gem! | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Service at the dealer. They botched up two repair jobs on very important parts of the car. 1) side axel seal (not re-installed) 2) steering universal (not installed properly) | | | Previous car: | 98 Accord Ex 4Dr, 96 Integra RS. It doesn't really compare to either of these vehicles, with the Accord being much bigger and the Integra much more sporty |
