| | Model of the car: | Nissan Sentra | | | General comments: | Five speed, four door, Aztec Red (glad to see that the color is back on the SER's)Has over 300,000 hard miles on it. My last every 60,000 mile compression check shows all four cylinders at 186 psi. Changed the clutch once (didn't really have to). Just put another 600 miles on it last week and got 48 mpg. Have used Mobil 1 since 3,000 brake-in. Change every 15,000 miles. Might have something to do with the performance of the car. Has a lot of power for 1600cc - no problem cruising at 75 and above when possible. What else can I say -- 1,300 miles at one sitting in one day. Two Ferraris between Dallas and Ft. Worth in traffic and bested them both (should be ashamed of doing that, but it did happen -got between their own contest). Lots of dirt roads, etc. I've had over 15 cars in the last 35 years, and this one is absolutely the best. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Nothing - but I wish I had the SE-R brakes. | | | Previous car: | Mazda - No contest. |
