| | Model of the car: | Sentra SE-R | | | General comments: | •Welp, my brother and I recieved this car as our very first car for ourselves to drive. We fight over it all the time cus we both love driving it so much. My father was the one who test-drove it first and his first 4 words when he saw the tacometer in the car were "I'm gonna dump it." Welp, he did, and it was a kik-in-the-pants acceleration after the powerband was reached. The car just took off almost saying "yeh ya want soem more of me. I dare ya to take me faster." Well, he succumbed to it, and we were well above 75 on some back roads in the blnk of an eye. Going that fast through some back country roads is a feat for every car, however, i have not been in a car in the sameprice range tht handled like this one. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | •I don't know if its always like this, but the clutch does not seem to wants to come back after it is depressed all the way. It is as if something is kinda hooking onto it when it is all the way down•Could be a little bit more torque at the low RPM's (2000-3500 )•Back seet is a lil' odd. It feels as if you are sitting on a seatbelt or something, however, its just the edge of the seat liping upwards to the backrest•Not to easy to find performance parts and upgrades for the exterior of the car | | | Previous car: | Civic (non-Si)- If a good takeoff on the line is taken by both drivers, by by civic. I like the ride better in the sentra. It feels as if it was meant to be driven fast, hard, and turn on a dime. |
