| | Model of the car: | XE 1.2L Japanese | | | General comments: | Price paid was sticker - approx. 14k.Have taken the thing in for oil changes religiously, in addition to swapping out brake pads, rotating tires, etc.The car currently has 85,000 miles on it, having mostly city miles up to 50,000. After that, it was turned into a college car, meaning many 100+ mile round-trips between homes. It's handled a few trips from Chicago to NYC and the east coast well.Parts replaced so far: brake pads on regularly scheduled intervals, tires once, exhaust twice (once with a bargain pipe that lasted 500 miles before breaking, replaced quickly with an OEM version that has lasted for 1500 so far). Both headlamps. A turn signal lamp. A side-view mirror after a minor parking accident.That's about it. It's a great car. Tight body, well made.
